Sous Chef - Kudu Restaurant

Kudu Collective is growing, and is looking for a strong hands-on candidate to join our Michelin bib gourmand restaurant Kudu as our sous chef. Come work with original, delicious and beautiful plates and be part of our happy and ambitious little team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the finest quality ingredients, a good team player and have a high attention to detail and consistency in the kitchen.

Chef de Partie - Kudu Restaurant

Kudu Collective is growing, and is looking for a strong hands-on Chef de Partie to join our Michelin bib gourmand restaurant Kudu. The Chef de Partie will run their own section and get to learn from a highly experienced Head Chef. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate about cooking, eager to learn new things and have fantastic knife skills.
