Kudu is the flagship restaurant of our collective. Established in 2017, Kudu is the South African/Modern European brainchild of Amy Corbin and Patrick Williams. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019, we pride ourselves on friendly, intimate service with a keen attention to quality and detail. Kudu Grill followed in 2021 with the same concept of cooking over open fire. A neighbourhood restaurant in the truest sense of the word, we are always looking to expand our dynamic, tight knit team.

You must also be available to work within stated operating hours, including weekends and public holidays. Furthermore, contributing to lower operational costs and deliver positive dining experiences for our guests.
The applicant is required to work 4 doubles within the week (50 hours per week)
4 Days working, 3 days off
