Kudu Grill is part of the Kudu Collective group of restaurants. Established in 2017, Kudu is the South African/Modern European brainchild of Amy Corbin and Patrick Williams. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019, we pride ourselves on friendly, intimate service with a keen attention to quality and detail. Kudu Grill is a neighbourhood restaurant in the truest sense of the word, we are always looking to expand our dynamic, tight knit team. At Kudu Collective, personality is something we both welcome and encourage so we are looking for a team member that reflects this attitude.

Kudu Restaurant

Kudu Restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. The cooking is modern European with a South African twist using quality ingredients and local suppliers. Duties would be overseeing the preparation and service on a designated section, training and supervision of Demi and Commis Chefs. We are looking for someone who is passionate, reliable and gets on well with his peers.
